Position Job Description: Sales Support Specialist (Thai/Pilipino and English/Chinese)-Remote work
Company: We are a leading solar street light manufacturer based in China, currently expanding into the Thai market. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Thailand as a Sales Support Specialist. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries on our Thai-language website, which may include online chat inquiries and phone calls. Need to understand customer requirements and relay them to our sales team in China. Additionally, they will assist the sales team in acquiring orders. The role includes but is not limited to:
Responsibilities:
- Establish communication channels by creating groups and adding customers and Chinese sales representatives.
- Provide translation services for conversations and documents.
- Conduct in-depth research on customer backgrounds and provide feedback to the Chinese sales team.
- Assist the Chinese team with travel arrangements and translation during visits to clients in Thailand or the Philippines as necessary.
- Visiting customers in Thailand/the Philippines for business meetings as directed.
- Assist local customers to coordinate local logistics and industrial regulatory if necessary.
- This position is based on remote work, preferably to be based on Bangkok/Manila or nearby province.
- Any other related sales, customer service task as instructed by company.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both spoken and written Thai/the Philippines and English or Chinese.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field such as Business Management, International Trade, or Marketing or technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related fields.
- Strong translation and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and the Chinese sales team. Ability to lead work activities and effectively work remote with teams in other locations.
- Experience in sales support and coordination, with the ability to manage communication and collaboration between customers and the sales team.
- Ability to conduct market research and customer background analysis, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with the Thai market, business practices, and industry regulations is preferred.
