The Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Towns Initiative Discusses Lean Management and Intelligent Manufacturing at the Jiangsu Sokoyo Solar Production Base
On December 12, 2023, the "Service to Townships (Parks)" event, co-sponsored by the Yangzhou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Yangzhou Municipal Small and Medium Enterprises Development Service Center, Gaoyou Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, Gaoyou Municipal Lighting Association, and Gaoyou High-tech Zone Economic Development Bureau, was successfully conducted at the premises of Jiangsu Sokoyo Solar Lighting Co., Ltd.
This event centered on lean thinking and method systems, encompassing topics such as lean management, on-site improvement, cost control within lean management, efficiency, delivery management, and quality enhancement. The participation saw the involvement of over 70 entrepreneurs and business representatives.
This event served as a dynamic platform for active learning and communication among enterprises. Simultaneously, it showcased the Sokoyo Solar Energy Production Base to representatives from various sectors, highlighting its impressive capabilities in the realm of intelligent manufacturing.
