In order to improve teamwork ability, enhance team cohesion and overall centripetal force, a total of 136 people from SOKOYO Lighting Group participated in a unique outdoor team building activity. The whole team building activity is divided into two parts: outdoor barbecue and egg breaking competition.
The barbecue site was chosen at the Ganye Army Farming Theme Base by the Gaoyou Lake. Everyone came to the assembly point early as agreed, where the trees were shady, the bridge was flowing, and everyone was very excited to see such a beautiful scenery. Then the people from the administrative department arranged for everyone to prepare for the barbecue. The boys set up the barbecue grill, and the girls prepared the ingredients and seasonings for the barbecue. They cooperated tacitly and were very busy! Fortunately, there is no need to start the stove (the company has prepared a lit charcoal fire for us in advance), taking advantage of the strong charcoal fire, the barbecue officially kicked off. Everyone's enthusiasm and unrestrained enthusiasm also made the team building a lot of laughter, and the whole barbecue camp was submerged in the ocean of joy.
Everyone showed different grilling methods and skills. Laughter and laughter lingered in the air with wisps of cooking smoke. Everyone ate all kinds of food baked by themselves and chatted about all kinds of interesting things they encountered in work and life. The activity lasted until 1 p.m., and the team building activity also ushered in the exciting egg breaking competition.
A total of 32 teams signed up for the egg breaking competition this time. Each team consists of two teammates, all of whom are players with superb card skills and tacit cooperation. The prizes of the competition are also very attractive. The top 16 teams all have cash rewards, and even the teams eliminated in the first round can also get a small prize of "humidifier". In this competition, there are 2 teams that are favorites to win the championship. One is an accounting team composed of financial ladies, and the other is a team led by Director Ding. They are also the last champion team. Under the leadership of the administrative department, everyone came to a party hall in the base. This hall is not too big, and 136 people are a little crowded inside, but this does not affect everyone's enthusiasm for the competition. Everyone is gearing up and eager to try. Firstly, Director Wang, Kaiyuan's "big steward", will introduce the rules of the competition to everyone, and then each group will send a player to the stage to draw lots to match their opponents. After Director Wang announced "the start of the competition", the annual egg breaking competition officially kicked off.
The competition went smoothly. First, 32 advanced to 16, then 16 advanced to 8, and 8 advanced to 4. To my surprise, Director Ding’s team fell to the top 8. Their opponent was a dark horse from SOKOYO Huanyi Company The team hadn't received much attention before, but they overcame obstacles all the way to the semi-finals, and their strength should not be underestimated. They were at a disadvantage in the competition with Director Ding's team at first, but they were not impatient and played steadily, and finally won the competition with a slight advantage. The opponent is another favorite to win the championship-the accounting team. Since the two players of the accounting team are in the same office every day, they cooperate very tacitly. At the same time, they are best at counting cards. In the end, they won the match against Kaiyuan Huanyi, a dark horse team. In the final, they worked even harder and almost won the final championship with a crushing situation. Let us congratulate this accounting team, they are the champions!
The team building also came to an end after the accounting team won the championship. This team building activity not only made the employees relax, but also gained health and happiness.
